How it works
1. Speak to your friend and tell them about the great job opportunities at Care Outlook.
2. Fill in the short form attached here with your details and your friend’s contact information. Remember, all referrals must to go through this page to be registered.
3. Our central recruitment team will get in touch with your friend and book them in for an interview if they’re suitable.
4. We’ll send you a digital voucher once your friend has delivered 300 hours of care in their first 10 weeks with us. Both you and your friend will still need to be working with us to receive your vouchers.

I confirm that the person I have nominated above has given me their consent to share their details so that the company may contact them about applying for a role.
I understand that gift cards are administered by One4All, a third-party gift card company. Where you are eligible to receive a gift card, we will need to provide your name, email address, and telephone number to One4All. By submitting this form, you are providing your consent for us to do this.
I understand that once I have submitted this form, I will be contacted via email or phone by One4All in order to complete their verification process, which will include ID verification (for which I will need to provide photographic identification).
I understand that I will need to act in accordance with One4All’s terms and conditions in order to receive and use a gift card, which will be made available to me by One4All as part of their verification process. If I do not comply with One4All’s terms and cannot access the gift card or lose access to the gift card as a result, I understand that I will not receive any substitute gift card, vouchers, cash or anything of equivalent value from Care Outlook.
I understand that if, because of my referring them, my friend becomes employed in a frontline care role with Care Outlook and completes 300 hours work in their first 10 weeks, I will receive £300 on the gift card. I also understand that both my friend and I will need to be employed with Care Outlook to remain eligible to receive the gift card.
I understand that Care Outlook reserves the right to provide alternative gift cards/vouchers of its choosing if One4All gift cards are not available.
